Jeff is a compensation industry veteran with over 20 years of experience building high-performing sales teams and long-term partnerships. As Trusaic’s Vice President of Partnerships, he focuses on creating a partner ecosystem that enhances the experience of compensation professionals.

Prior to Trusaic, Jeff held leadership roles at BetterComp, Lytx, and Payfactors, where he developed channel partnerships, launched innovative programs, and consistently exceeded sales and revenue goals.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Religious Studies, cum laude, from Siena University
